We are going to accomplish our ovation of sixth ICTM Conference while continuously the changes melody in social interactions and living styles and also alterations on basic rules and principles for different businesses and organizations is being played fast as well as sharp beats of Development pulses. “Information & Communication Technology” (ICT) which for skillful professionals so far has been regarded as one attractive and technologic phenomenon, since two decades ago as the main element of this roared flows of alterations has displayed a different imagination of technology’s role in development of organizational subject and businesses’ environments. Yet, we have not been far from the time when the substance of “Information Era” was even incomprehensible for the educated mass. It was too difficult for them to be symphonic with “Alvin Taffler” with phrases like Information Revolution which was raised after agricultural and industrial revolution. But surprisingly nowadays, even in some countries which they are positioned in the end of ranking to be ready for becoming electronic countries, the ICT systems have already influenced in people’s life and have been dazzled from many people’s eyes.
The Conference of Information & Communication Technology Management (ICTM), since 1383 (2005) as one of the veterans of international scientific and functional conferences in Iran through one pioneered scientific and functional planning by particular approach to ICT’s fundamental role in businesses’ environments and organizational developments has started to work. Secretarial of this large congress by honored kindness of GOD and by cooperation of professors and specialists who so far have extremely and closely cooperated with this event, this year is going to prepare the sixth extensive assembly of managers, consultants, university and academic specialists and researchers aiming to create the area of exchanging and conducting knowledge and experiences in ICT’s relevant fields of managerial and organizational subjects. This year’s conference by relying to previous years’ experiences and in accordance with discretion of policy making council and scientific committee of conference, is willing to carry out both theoric topics and academic researches in relevant fields accompany with presenting the functional experiences and practical roles of ICT in different businesses, economic enterprises and organizations management. Presence of institutions, associations, professors and specialist who have kindly attended to particular approach of sixth conference, can expressively indicate this fact which will be unveiled during the execution of this conference.
