Sending papers
Note: Articles which are not drawn up in accordance with the following pattern shall not be included in the compendium of articles and CD.
- The paper should be in Persian or English and should be edited both grammatically and be spell-checked.
- The full paper should be printed on a A4 (21×29.7 cm) in one single column and should not exceed 18 pages in length.
- Single spacing i.e. approximately 0.6 CM should be followed between Lines. Between heading of each paragraph and its first line, there should be one line of space while the end of each paragraph and beginning of the following one should be spaced by two lines.
- The page set up on the left and right side should be 2.5 cm while the footer should be 3 cm. The header on the first page should be 8 cm and on the remaining pages should be 3 cm.
- Papers should included the Following:
- Title of the paper in no more than ten words.
- Name(s) of Author(s)
- Title and relevant organization
- Email and contact details for emergency cases and if possible, mobile.
- Maximum six key words.
- An abstract containing issue at hand, records of research, application and findings (Maximum 200 words)
- An introductory part containing issue at hand, records of research, application and findings.
- Description of paper and method of research so that it could be reconstructed by the subsequent researcher.
- The paper containing finding which should indicate assets, limitations and applications of research.
- Bibliography (List of References). Note: Bibliography should follow the same serial number which has been referred to in the text and the correct sequence is as follows:
1- Journals [Name of author (surname, name), title, and name of Journal, volume, issue number, year and page.
2- Books [Name of author (surname, name), title, and name of translator, any previous editions, place of publication, publisher, and year of publication.]
- Papers should be typed using windows XP setting in Microsoft office 2003.
